吴进良(字慕鸿)，徐悲鸿再传弟子。美术教育家，著名画家，著名书法家。中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，北京市文联副主席，中央国家机关美术家协会副主席，北京市西城区文联副主席, 西城区美协副主席，中华名人书画院副院长,中国民主同盟美术院理事，中国民主同盟北京市委书画协会副会长，海峡两岸关系协会理事，中国专家协会书画创作研究院名誉院长。中央美术学院特聘教授，重庆三峡学院特聘教授，德国哈尔博格艺术学院名誉院长、美术系教授、博士生导师，外交部专职画家，享受政府特殊津贴，政协委员。

吴进良长期从事美术创作、教育和公益活动。多次参加国内外书画大展并获金奖，联合国百米长卷《百鸡图》第一人。很多优秀作品先后赠送给 160 多个国家元首及政要。如美国前总统布什、英国首相布莱尔、韩国总统李明博、津巴布韦总统穆加贝及副总统穆菊茹、孟加拉总统亚杰丁•艾哈迈德、菲律宾总统菲尔•拉莫斯、法国总统希拉克、德国总理科尔、新西兰总理珍妮•谢普莉、白俄罗斯文化部部长鲍里斯•思维特、白俄罗斯外交部长巴尔托•诺夫、奥地利驻中国大使舒适等。

吴进良先生德艺双馨，多年来从事书画教育工作，他的洋弟子遍布世界各地，达 6000 多人，他用画笔影响了一大批外交元首和使节，被誉为“外交史上的勇士”，被外交部授予“外交文化交流大使”，联合国文化总署授予“文化大使”。
